This site is run by Resifi LLC ("Resifi"). This page explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive what you type into the form, such as your name, email, phone number, company, location or site address, and the project details you share. We also receive basic technical information needed to protect the form from spam, such as your IP address.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare a quote and keep a record of our conversation in our customer system (Zoho CRM). We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We only send marketing emails if you check the box for them on our form. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Checking the box is never required to get a quote.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Zoho CRM. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type, device and approximate location.
Analytics only runs if you say yes. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you click Accept, the Google Analytics script isn't loaded at all and no analytics cookies are set. If you click Decline, it stays off. We don't use advertising cookies, and Google's ad personalization and cross-device features are turned off.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and keep analytics off.
We remember your choice in your browser for 12 months. You can change it any time: open cookie settings. If you decline after accepting, we remove the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may count visits without cookies and protects our forms from spam. That doesn't need your consent.
